SHIPPING INFORMATION

We prioritize both speed and honesty — delivering clear timelines while being fully transparent about what’s within and beyond our control.

What You Control

Your shipping experience starts with your order details.

You choose the delivery address, confirm its accuracy, and ensure it’s accessible to standard carriers.

You select the product and quantity — all of which influence how we prepare your shipment.

What We Handle

We verify every order for accuracy and completeness.

We perform quality checks on each item before packaging.

We prepare your package for dispatch — including secure wrapping, labeling, and handoff to the carrier.

This work happens at our end. Our internal timeline for this stage is up to 48 hours, or 2–7 business days, depending on order volume and verification requirements.

What External Parties Manage

Once your package leaves our facility, responsibility shifts:

  • Carriers manage transit logistics, routing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Customs authorities control clearance, documentation review, and import compliance.
  • Local governments enforce transportation regulations and infrastructure policies.

None of these steps fall under BOOKSOFTMIND’s operational authority.

When Things Take Longer — And Why

Delays can happen — and they’re almost always tied to factors outside our direct influence.

These include:

  • severe weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • customs procedures
  • transportation disruptions
  • local regulations
  • customs requirements
  • carrier limitations
  • country-specific import and transportation policies

Our stated transit estimate — 7–15 business days — applies to destinations including, but not limited to: Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.

Please note: specific transit timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

How We Keep You Informed

We provide order confirmation and tracking information as soon as your package is handed off to the carrier.

If a delay arises that we become aware of — such as a known customs backlog or regional service interruption — we’ll update tracking notes where possible.

We don’t control external variables, but we do commit to visibility where it’s actionable.

We appreciate your patience and understanding when delays occur during the shipping process.

Your trust matters. And so does our diligence — consistently applied, honestly communicated.
